How to reduce your Blood pressure by doing Yoga


When the body has enough of taking up stress it starts pumping more and more blood leading to higher blood pressure. People usually take this lightly but there is a very high chance that this could be risky. If not taken care or treated well, it could lead to the risks of stroke to heart attack and eventually death! So it is very important that you take care of your body from the killer ailment. Yoga in one way by which you can do that. In this article I will post a few yoga tips that will help you maintain the blood pressure in your body.

1. Sukhasana: Otherwise called as easy pose, this helps starightening your spine, slows down the metabolism, provides iinner mind peace and keep yourself cool.

2. Bidalasana: Otherwise called as Cat pose. This helps you coordinate more between your body movement and your breath. But if you have any back pain or back injury, dont do it!
3. Pavanamuktasana: Pavana means air and Mukta means release. Eventhough it sounds a bit 'freaky', yes you guessed it right! It releasves all the excessive gas from your system and helps with a proper running of the digestive system, thus perfecting your body conition.


4. Ardha matsyendrasana: This is otherwise called as Half spinal twist. This is a very nice Yogasana to improve the functioning of your liver, Kidney and Adrenal glands. This helps in strengthening your spine. 

5. Shoulder stretches: This is a great tension relieving exercise. this also helps your upper back to relieve a day long of sitting.
