How to effectively get rid of Common Cold fast

Common Cold - A very common thing that every person comes across a lot of times during their life time. Even though the ailment is real small, it sure is irritating at times and one would do anything to get rid of this. So what can you do to get rid of this? Here are a few simple tips

1. Keep the stress level down: It is very important that you dont get stressed when you have a cold. Just try not thinking about this all the time. If you do, you are providing the organisms a 'better hub' to reside! So dont stress out much! 



2. Get plenty of sleep: Try not to mess around when you have cold. Get some good rest. More rest you get, Less stressful you become. Studies have shown that sleeping helps you in resisting these organisms from entering your body. So sleep nicely!



3. Salt water Gargle: This is the good old traditional way to get rid of itchy throat. This is a very well proved effective treatment regimen for common cold. One can do salt water gargle even when they dont have cold as it an effective bacteria killer. 1/2 to 1 spoon of salt in warm water is all what you need! Simple by very effective. 



4. Try some honey: Honey is one more home remedy. It is a good treatment regimen to nocturnal cold and are usually found to be far more effective than most of the cough syrups that you see in he medical stores. So, try it! 



5. Lot of Fluid intake: The intention is to reduce congestion and also keep the body hydrated all the time. This keeps the throat moist and also makes you irky free! 



6. Steam Inhaling: Last but not the least, steam! Steam inhalation helps in relieving stuffy head. Its advisable to add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to the water while steaming to be pretty more effective. 



Keep it simple, A common cold is nothing to worry about. All you got to do is follow the steps properly, and most importantly, keep the stress level down!

4. Ardha matsyendrasana: This is otherwise called as Half spinal twist. This is a very nice Yogasana to improve the functioning of your liver, Kidney and Adrenal glands. This helps in strengthening your spine. 

5. Shoulder stretches: This is a great tension relieving exercise. this also helps your upper back to relieve a day long of sitting.
